Lab mix

Meet Jupiter, a 6 month old lab mix. He weighs about 34 lbs. and is the most loving little guy. Jupiter came to us with his brothers and sisters from a shelter in Tennessee and has been an absolute delight in his foster home. Jupiter has a lot of puppy energy and would do great with an active family. He is great with kids, but he can be a little mouthy, and a little jumpy, so he would benefit from a home with older children. (The youngest child in his foster home is 6, and he does great with her).

Jupiter is working on basic commands, and very motivated by treats! He is crate trained, although he is not a fan of the crate all the time. He would prefer to be around his people. He is mostly housebroken (only two accidents in his foster home). He is working on leash training, and is doing well. While he tends to stay close by people, it is recommended that Jupiter have a fenced in yard. He loves to play with a rope, and will run after a ball or Frisbee, but is still working on bringing them back.

Jupiter loves to eat and has not shown any signs of food aggression with the other dogs in his foster home. He gets along well with other dogs. He has not been exposed to cats.
